Laser Training Day Saturday 18-Mar-17 9:30am-4:30pm

Dust off your laser in preparation for the Laser Masters Inlands in April and come and join in our fleet training day!

If you’d like to come then please do your booking online after you’ve done your membership renewal so that you use the same login ID (which has already been sent to you as part of the membership renewal process). Please don’t setup a second one!

Plan for the day:

9:30am – Meet in the training room (part-rigged and changed). There will be two groups for you to choose from:

Beginner/novice racers – suitable for all who’d like to know more about racing and practice their sailing skills, led by Phil Pattullo and Laura Smith
Intermediate/advanced – suitable for regular club racers, led by Steve Smith and Peter Sherwin
Both groups will have some time for on shore training and some on the water practice.

12:30pm – Lunch. End of separate Beginner/Novice racers session (you’re welcome to carry on your on the water practice or join the Intermediate/advanced group for the afternoon if you’re feeling confident).

1:15pm – Afternoon session for intermediate/advanced group

4:30pm(ish!) – Finish

Come for as much or as little of the day as you like. Online registration will be available shortly on Webcollect (the new system for membership renewals) – I’ll send you all a link when it’s open.

Please bring GoPro cameras if you have them so that we can put together some footage.
